There has been a discernible shift in people’s attitudes toward religious traditions in today’s complex and multiple worlds, particularly in Western societies. Because they have been exposed to and influenced by television and other media dominated by western lives and surroundings, some of these developments have also pervaded non-western cultural traditions.
