Islam has the dubious distinction of being the most introduced and understood religion, worldview, and later in the world today.

 The groundwork for this misunderstanding was laid during the Ottoman State’s 300-year decline.’ After representing Islam almost fully and the Islamic world for centuries, it began to lose military and economic ground to Europe. This was followed by the Muslim intelligentsia’s surrender to European currents of thought. 

Christianity, generally accepted as one of modern Western civilization’s three constituents, historically has been perceived to be at odds with science due to the encounters between the Church and science circles during the Middle Ages.

Despite this, the West continues to proclaim its Christian identity, especially when dealing with Islam and the Muslim world. Due to centuries of doctrinal innovations in Christianity and the many subsequent misunderstandings, many in the West have started to view Christianity as a system of dogmatic belief cut off from science and free thought.

These minds motivated by materialist thought and Renaissance have asserted that Christianity was unrelated to the mind, free thought, and investigation, and with its Divine origin in doubt.

 Thus, over time religion in the West came to be regarded as a product of the human mind by many intellectuals, especially those under the influence of scientific materialism. Anthropologists stated that religion reflects human weakness and vulnerability when confronted with nature and natural forces. Sociologists said it mirrors social life and its values.

 Psychologists asserted that it reflects our suppressed instincts. Such views were adopted-
