About the Book: This book was compiled and organized according to the madhhab of ‘Imam ‘Ahmad bin Hanbal (d. 242).

We summarized many issues in order to make it easy for the reader.

The style, in which this book was written, was adapted from (the former ‘Imam of Masjid ‘Al-Haram in Makkah) Shaykh Muhammad bin ‘Abdullah ‘As-Subayyal’s (d.1434) book entitled “A Friend on The Path.”

We thought this was an excellent way to introduce material, as it simplifies the information for the reader, so we attempted to emulate the manner in which the Shaykh authored his book and we titled it “Let’s Talk About Ramadan.”

This is summarized; therefore, many issues were not included. Everything mentioned can be found in the books of the madhhab of ‘Imam ‘Ahmad.

We have also attached our references in case the reader would like to read further in hopes of gaining additional benefit.

Our hope was to benefit the English-speaking Muslims in the west with something that most people can relate to.
