WAKING UP

When I wake up in the morning, I say:

الحمد لله الذي أحيانا بعد ما أماتنا وإليه النشور

All praise is for Allah Who gave us life after having taken it from us and unto Him is the resurrection.

UNDRESSING

When I remove my clothes, I.

say:

بسم الله

In the name of Allah. [2]

ENTERING BATHROOM

Before I enter the bathroom, I say:

بسم الله الله إني أعوذ بك من الخث والخبائث

(In the name of Allah). O Allah, I take refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers. [3]

BEFORE WUDHU

Before making Wudhu, 1 say:

بسم الله

In the Name of Allah. [4]

AFTER WUDHU

After completing my Wudhu, I say:

أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا امريك له، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله

I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped (in truth) except Allah alone, Who has no partner; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger. [5]

AYAH

“AND WE DID NOT SEND BEFORE YOU ANY MESSENGER, EXCEPT THAT WE REVEALED TO HIM THAT THERE IS NONE WORTHY OF WORSHIP EXCEPT ME, SO WORSHIP ME.” (SURAH AL-ANBIYA, 21:25)

Leaving The TOILET

When I leave the toilet, I say:

غفرانك

I seek Your forgiveness. [6]

WHAT DO YOU SAY?

You have now come downstairs after changing your clothes, used the bathroom and performed wudhu. You see your mother or father, brother or sister, what do you say? [7]

BEFORE EATING

Before I eat, I say:

In the Name of Allah [8]

AFTER EATING

After I have eaten, I say:

الحمد لله الذي أطعمني هذا و رزقنيه من غير حول مني ولا قوة

All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me

without any might nor power from myself. [9]

LEAVING THE HOME

As I leave my home, I say:

بسم الله، توكلت على الله، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله

In the Name of Allah, I have placed my trust in Allah, there is no might and no power except by Allah.
