Our duty concerning what Allah orders us with

This lofty topic before us is a reminder that Allah did not make this creation futilely nor did he bring it into existence for play and amusement. Our Lord (i.e., Allah) is free from that. Rather, He made the creation upon truth. Allah says,

“He has created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all they associate as partners with Him.”[Surah an-Nahl 16:3]

Allah declared Himself above making this creation in falsehood or bringing it into existence for play throughout numerous verses in His Book. Allah says,

“And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose! That is the consideration of those who disbelieve! Then woe to those who disbelieve (in Islamic Monotheism) from the Fire! Shall We treat those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, as Mufsidun (those who associate partners in worship with Allah and commit crimes) on earth? Or shall We treat the Muttaqun (pious see V.2:2), as the Fujjiir (criminals, disbelievers, wicked, etc.)?” [Surah Sad 38:27-28]

Allah clarifies this supposition and belief of the disbelievers in which they assume and believe they were only created for amusement, play, and in vain and that Allah only created this creation futilely. Meaning, without wisdom and purpose. Based upon this Allah says,
